    Work in vodafone Egypt then after restart of iphone –> the problem appear

    No SIM card then after several restart it appear then the iphone can not make a call while the vodafone signals still present

    Please for your help

    You guys should really do a direct-to-consumer sell… there are some issues with managing shipping, but your resellers aren’t very easy to contact and buy from, and there are some reliability concerns.

    ma non va si sblocca ma non aggancia la rete. Avete la soluzione ?

    Hi I have a problem with o2 uk sim card can only connect to edge and gsm wenn I start 3g it says no service could that be a problem with the infineon chip?

    :( sorry mate … there is no MAC compatible software for Universal-SIM. I will try to make it but by then i suggest you use Parallels with Windows

    Hi,

    i tired the sim on my LGu310 TRE locked mobile. I tried most of the settings suggested in the manual that came with the V403 program. However I cannot receive or send calls. The IMSI is not 00101 which implies that the setup should be working. What parameters have other ppl used to unlock the LG U310?

    @paul – about LG U310 should work with normal LG I setting.
    Please use the latest version 520 beta 1 and follow the user manual correctly. Steps must be done in the same order as described there otherwhise might not work.

    hey im with tmobile usa but everytime i use the usim i cant recieve calls only make them?? when i first used it i was able to recieve incoming calls but now i cant recieve them and only make them. any ideas its very frustrating after spending $45 on the sim and pkey??

    I am trying to use it with T-mobile Sidekick 08 and only works for a few hours. After that the phone stops receiving phone calls and sms.
    About 12 hours later the phone switches to emergency calls only and fails to recognize any network – Any ideas?

    i am using the latest version v403
    have tried a few settings.

    I read the original t-mobile sim card and wrote the same trigger and IMSI back to USIM

    Can you advise which one to use?

    salve, da oggi riscontro problemi con le universal-sim con tim 128K “inserire scheda usim” questo è il messaggio del telefono LG U310, mentre se metto una vodafone 64K si avvia ma dopo un paio di minuti si blocca tutto. Tengo a precisare che in passato ho curato altri moelli LG U310 senza problemi. Credo che sia un problema a livello di gestore telefonico.

    hi u all!
    got a iphone 3g, jailbreaked also w/univ sim, ver 2.1 all work fine in Qatar (incomming/outgoing/sms/wifi), but 3g useless, and when i travel abroad eg. UAE,Germany, jordan etc… i got “No Service” all the time, can anyone help me find forums or guide me trough!

    Dear all,
    I got an Iphone 3g. Jailbreaked 2.1 fireware and uni sim ver 0.580 everything is working fine except am not getting a stable 3g connection so in other words the 3g and edge icon disappears after some time and i need to restart my phone in order to fix this problem. So any suggestions how can i fix it?

    @Mozaffar – try to reprogram Universal-SIM and lower the communication speed.

    @naveed – is your card reader PKEY Vista?
    If it is please check IC connection to FPC, maybe Universal-SIM is little damaged.
    Please also change computer. Maybe is computer problem.
    Also Try with latest software and normal cheap serial reader.

    I am using a universal sim with my iphone 3G in Pakistan. The problem i am facing is that i keep on losing the Edge signal again and again. And the only solution i have found is to reboot my phone.

    Dear all,

    I have been facing the same problem for some time as addy. I am using a universal sim with my iphone 3G in Pakistan.

    I don’t get a stable EDGE connection, the edge icon disappears after some time and i need to restart my phone in order to fix this problem.

    Any suggestions how can i fix it? Thanks in advance!

    very sorry ahmed, but when you upgraded to 2.2, you also upgraded your baseband, which is what is causing the problem with the unisim. you cant downgrade the baseband (yet) so youll have to wait until dev team figures out how to unlock that one too

    Hi, i have been using my Universal Sim with the swedish “Telenor”.. It worked fine, but now when i switched to swedish “Telia” i does not work? it just tells me that the phone is blocked, as when i use my teleia without my Uni. Sim.. How should i do to use my telia ?

    I accidentally upgarded IPhone from V2.1 to V2.2 from Itune. Now the phone cannot detect signal from my carrier. I originally used Universal Sim with my IPhone and it worked fine. Any possible ways to jailreak the baseband to work in V2.2? Desparate and need help
